I’m Iris, certified personal trainer and athlete. I help people feel strong, confident, and energised through personal training and workshops in Helsinki and online.

Whether you’re chasing a personal transformation, trying to get off the couch, or preparing for a competition, I’ll help guide you toward your goals. With me, training isn’t just about reps, it’s a space to grow, build strength, and reconnect with your body.

I specialise in women’s health, with a focus on training with the menstrual cycle, helping women work with their bodies rather than against them.

Next to 1:1 coaching, I run corporate wellness workshops and health lectures for businesses and teams. From movement sessions to practical talks on energy, stress, and menstrual health.
