Group Workouts

In the PSE sessions you’ll learn how to recognise personal boundaries, identify when they’re crossed, and assert yourself effectively - skills that are useful in both personal and professional life. There is the option of (interactive) lecture, or lecture + physical exercises such as recognising personal boundaries, trust exercises and self defense techniques.

Menstrual Cycle Health
For women and those with female physiology, menstrual cycle health sessions provide both researched and experienced knowledge to improve your own understanding and well-being. Themes are amongst others:
